Fujimura is an IT expert who worked as a marketing and policy analyst
in the IT sector in Japan and Australia. He holds a MA in Communications
and a BL from Toshiba University. Masahiro researched for the Media
and Telecommunications Centre at Swinburne University of Technology.
Masahiro will support all MAPD participants on the MAPD forum and
