Chris
Booth, head of RMIT Organisational Leadership, analyses organisation
contexts and frames through action learning activities and debriefing
exercises. Chris focuses on development and self-practice as key building
blocks towards personal mastery in leadership and management. Chris
extensive management and leadership skills, as a practicing consultant
to a range of business and public organisations and as an academic
will be harnessed towards the multicultural arts industry. He looks
at systems of thinking, system dynamics, the learning organisation
within the context of cultural and management systems. In doing so,
he works with the participants in dealing with paradox and creating
workable boundaries around complex organisational situations. |
